Abstract

The emphasis of this research is on motivation as one of its main factors.
It was reviewed by the leading trade bank in Pakistan. In this analysis the key
factors driving workers are "salary," "promotion," "employment protection" and
"work environment." The key aim of the research was to assess motivation's
function in the performance of employees. This qualitative survey was carried
out among the employees of the Western Karachi branches operating
department. The survey was considered to provide answers on what they
consider to be the best factors to motivate future employees in a list of four
